Qualifications- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on software development projects.
- Strong expertise in software development processes, methodologies, and tools
- Advanced knowledge of business analysis techniques with proven experience in leading and facilitating requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders of varying levels
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and systems.
- Proficient in creating comprehensive and detailed business requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in conducting risk assessments, impact analyses, and gap analyses
- Project management experience and familiarity with project management methodologies
- Continuous learning mindset with a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
