Job Description

About The Role 

  • Own and drive initiatives from ideation through implementation at launch to support the global expansion of Luxury Escapes
  • Develop and execute a strategy to increase Luxury Escapes’ conversion rates and margin, particularly in international markets
  • Identify and fill product gaps and generating new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Design and deliver new product features using agile project methodologies, including feature backlog management, sprint planning and user story management
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding within the organisation
  • Measure and report on crucial product metrics, making sure they are completed in a consistent and timely manner
  • Use data to better understand customer needs, optimise the product experience, and guide future product development
  • Collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including engineering, product design, data, and other product managers
  • Drive our experimentation roadmap to unlock the next wave of growth. Ensure every decision is backed by data and robust testing methodologies.

Qualifications

Your Background:

  • Strong academic record, while technical skills are a plus, there is no requirement to come from a computer science background
  • A demonstrated interest in startups, building businesses or entrepreneurship
  • Problem-solver who's willing to roll up your sleeves and find the right solution
  • Experience communicating with management as well as engineering and design
  • SQL experience, including the ability to write and execute queries is beneficial
  • Passionate about building products that customers love and a customer-first mindset
  • Basic understanding of statistics to interpret and make decisions from A/B test results
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly analytical and have a bias for action.
