This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to high-quality work spanning private M&A, government transactions, foreign investment, and privacy/data compliance, within a collaborative and high-performing team.

The Role

You’ll work closely with experienced senior lawyers on a diverse range of matters for both Australian and international clients across sectors including technology, infrastructure, health, and government.

The role offers strong variety, combining transactional work with regulatory and advisory matters, and provides exposure to complex, often cross-border engagements.

Your work will include:

  • Assisting on private M&A transactions, including due diligence and drafting transaction documents
  • Supporting government and public sector matters, including procurement and regulatory work

About You

You bring strong drafting and analytical skills, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You communicate clearly, take a proactive approach to your work, and are motivated to continue developing your skillset across evolving legal and regulatory frameworks.

Why Apply

This is a strong opportunity to build breadth across transactional and regulatory work within a modern and well-established practice. You’ll benefit from close mentorship, high-quality client exposure, and the chance to work on complex, multi-faceted matters.

If you’re looking to accelerate your development in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, we’d love to hear from you. Please send your resume to [email protected] or hit apply.
