Graduate or recently admitted lawyer assisting with commercial and secured debt recovery, enforcement, litigation, mortgage, bankruptcy, and insolvency matters. Responsibilities include drafting demands and court documents, conducting legal research, managing files and deadlines, progressing proceedings, and communicating with clients, courts, solicitors, and stakeholders under practitioner supervision.

Provide strategic, commercially focused employment and workplace relations advice; manage complex advisory and contentious matters; draft employment contracts and policies; support dispute resolution and litigation; mentor junior lawyers and maintain client relationships.

Provide insurance litigation advice to major insurers across professional indemnity and general liability matters. Provide commercial and regulatory legal advice across APAC; draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts; support procurement, sales, tenders and corporate governance; manage licences and external advisers; deliver legal training; drive process improvements and support cross-jurisdictional compliance.

Provide pragmatic commercial legal advice, lead drafting and negotiation of complex commercial and technology contracts, support major projects and strategic initiatives, identify and manage legal and regulatory risk, build strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to process improvement and mentoring within the in-house legal team.

Provide litigation support on complex, high-value insurance disputes from inception to resolution, working closely with senior lawyers and partners, managing client contact, and contributing to cross-border matters in a collaborative team environment.

Lead a portfolio of complex liability and casualty litigation for insurer clients, advising on strategy, liability, indemnity and quantum. Conduct State and Federal court work, manage high-value personal injury, public/product liability, property damage and recovery matters, mentor junior lawyers, build client relationships, and collaborate with counsel and experts to deliver commercial outcomes.

Join a Corporate & Commercial team advising on private M&A, government and public sector matters, foreign investment (FIRB), privacy/data compliance, and commercial agreements. Support due diligence, draft transaction documents, prepare regulatory filings, conduct legal research, and assist with compliance, governance and policy work for Australian and international clients.

Provide hands-on litigation and insolvency support for lenders and insolvency practitioners across secured recoveries, restructures, administrations, liquidations and multi-jurisdictional court proceedings. Own files, assist on strategy and enforcement, and work closely with senior practitioners on high-value, commercial disputes.
