At Stryker, we’re driven to make healthcare better. We’re looking for an Associate Territory Manager to join our Sage team. This role is hands-on, fast-paced and focused on building the clinical and commercial skills needed to grow your career.

You’ll be part of a supportive and experienced team that values collaboration, reliability and continuous development. You’ll receive extensive training, but you’ll also need to bring curiosity, energy and the drive to learn quickly in a high-pressure environment.

Please note this is a 12-Month Contract role with scope for future opportunities.

What you’ll do
  • Support the ANZ region with sales and implementation activities
  • Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clinicians and commercial stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager on strategy and planning
  • Identify opportunities to grow Sage market share across the region
  • Deliver product education and training to hospital staff
  • Gather market data at an account level
  • Stay up to date with new products, techniques and industry developments
What you'll bring

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of successful experience in B2B sales, allied health, professional sport or similar
  • Curious, adaptable and eager to learn in a clinical setting
  • Clear, confident communication skills across varied stakeholders
  • High learning agility with the ability to present, influence and support complex customer engagements
  • High-energy with a strong sense of ownership
  • Reliable, solutions-focused and composed under pressure

Preferred

  • Experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Scientific or broader health sales
  • Understanding of Australia’s public and private hospital dynamics
