THE ROLE

As an Audit Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and accountability across our network of depots worldwide. This position goes beyond traditional desk audits; you’ll immerse yourself in the dynamic environments of our depots, traveling across the APAC region (Australia, New Zealand) to conduct in-depth, hands-on reviews of compliance, and operational processes. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Conduct audits across all depots in your designated region, year-round, ensuring vehicles’ adequateness for rental and compliance with depot standards, through:

  • Revision of vehicle damages’ registrations to ensure accuracy and completeness  
  • Identification and registration of overlooked damages
  • Revision of depot practices, including inventory, storage, and safety standards  
  • Close collaboration with on-the-ground teams, providing valuable insights and feedback to improve processes
  • Support of continuous process improvement by analyzing trends and recommending actionable changes  

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Background in auditing, quality assurance/ control, compliance or operational excellence
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and trends
  • Passion for travel and an eagerness to engage with diverse teams across international locations  
  • Experience with inventory, storage, or operational safety checks (preferred)  
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized while managing a dynamic travel schedule  
  • Passion for the automotive or campervan industry - nice to have
  • Good communication skills
  • Full English proficiency (mandatory)
