About this opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Bid Management Lead – Pacific to drive the coordination and delivery of strategic, complex and high-value tender submissions across the Pacific region. This role is ideal for a highly organised bid professional who thrives in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments and enjoys bringing structure, governance and discipline to major pursuit.

As the Bid Management Lead, you will own the end-to-end bid coordination process from tender receipt through to submission, ensuring all customer requirements, technical inputs, commercial documentation and internal approvals are completed accurately and on time. While you will not be responsible for the commercial strategy or technical solution, you will play a critical role in orchestrating successful tender responses by partnering with sales, operations, engineering, legal, finance, procurement, risk and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate complex tender and bid submissions across the Pacific region.

  • Develop bid plans, timelines, action trackers and responsibility matrices.

  • Manage tender compliance requirements, returnable schedules and submission governance.

  • Facilitate bid kick-off meetings, progress reviews and executive approval reviews.

  • Coordinate contributions from cross-functional SMEs and stakeholders.

  • Ensure submissions are compliant, professionally presented and delivered on time.

  • Drive bid governance, quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support sales process optimisation, bid/no-bid decision-making and tender readiness activities.

  • Provide regular reporting on bid status, risks, milestones and resource requirements.

  • Support customer clarification responses and smooth handover of awarded projects to delivery teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in bid coordination, tender management, proposal management, project coordination or commercial administration.

  • Experience working within the built environment, engineering, construction, infrastructure, building technologies, healthcare, government, data centres or related industries.

  • Strong understanding of tender documentation, compliance requirements and approval processes.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders within a matrix organisation.

  • Excellent project management, communication and document management skills.

  • Advanced capability in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint and document management systems.

  • Experience with CRM, bid management or proposal automation tools is advantageous.

  • A proactive, accountable and detail-oriented approach with the ability to influence without direct authority

Why Join Us?

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in winning strategic projects across infrastructure, commercial buildings, healthcare, government, industrial and mission-critical environments. You will work alongside experienced commercial, technical and operational leaders while helping elevate bid management capability and tender excellence across the Pacific region.
