DP World is hiring a Billing & Revenue Assurance Coordinator ensures accurate and timely billing across Ports & Terminals, including Container Parks, by maintaining customer rates, system configurations, and billing data. Working closely with the Commercial, Operations, and Billing teams.

This role will be working closely with the Commercial, Operations, and Billing teams, this role helps ensure customer pricing is correctly reflected in our systems and billing processes, supporting smooth operations, strong revenue assurance, and positive customer experience.

Key Accountabilities –  

  • Maintain customer rates, service codes, and billing information to support accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Set up new customer accounts and ensure pricing, locations, invoice details, and system requirements are correctly configured.
  • Review billing data, identify discrepancies, and work through issues to help improve billing accuracy and reduce revenue leakage.
  • Partner with Commercial and Operations teams to ensure agreed customer rates are applied correctly and billing outcomes are aligned.
  • Support rate reviews and pricing analysis to help improve processes and optimise revenue outcomes.
  • Assist with billing system updates, testing, and improvements to ensure systems continue to meet business needs.
  • Maintain accurate system data, contract information, and billing processes to support consistent operations.
  • Create and update process guides, documentation, and training materials to help teams work effectively.
  • Keep commercial records, contracts, and process documentation up to date.
  • Support the Commercial team with reporting, business documentation, and coordination of ad hoc initiatives.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience required: 

  • Experience in billing, invoicing, pricing, or similar commercial processes, with a good understanding of how accurate billing supports the business.
  • Background in logistics, transport, or commercial operations is preferred, with container park experience highly regarded.
  • Comfortable using billing systems, ERP platforms, and managing customer rates and pricing information.
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on getting things right, with the ability to spot and resolve issues.
  • Ability to work with different teams to understand customer agreements and ensure pricing is correctly reflected in systems.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to manage data and prepare reports.
  • Strong organisation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities and work independently.
  • Confident communicator who can build strong relationships with teams across Commercial, Operations, and Billing.
  • A customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering accurate, reliable outcomes.
