Profile Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in e-commerce operations, retail, customer service, or bookkeeping roles.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) or Google Workspace for effective data management.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms to follow provided SOPs
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a proactive and collaborative work ethic.
Core responsibilities:
- Manage e-commerce operations including product uploads, description updates, and inventory monitoring.
- Process customer orders accurately while coordinating with fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, or phone, assisting with inquiries and product selection.
- Assist with social media marketing efforts following provided SOPs.
- Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions and reconciling bank statements.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely vendor payments and prompt client invoicing.
- Support payroll processing and prepare regular financial reports, while ensuring audit and compliance readiness.
