ING Australia is looking for an experienced Brand Identity & Design Coordinator to join our Brand & Creative Operations team.
In this role, you'll be at the centre of ING Australia's internal creative studio, helping shape how creative work is planned, prioritised and delivered across the business. Using your strong organisational, stakeholder management and workflow coordination skills, you'll manage incoming creative requests, oversee workflow and resource planning, and ensure projects are clearly briefed, prioritized, tracked and delivered to agreed timelines.

Reporting to the Brand & Creative Operations Senior Manager, you'll work closely with Brand Managers, Marketing Managers, designers, copywriters and stakeholders across Marketing, Brand & Corporate Affairs. You'll play a key role in maintaining brand consistency, supporting governance processes, coordinating studio operations and driving continuous improvement using approved AI and digital tools.

This is an excellent opportunity for a brand, marketing or creative operations professional looking to deepen their expertise in brand management, governance and creative operations within a highly regulated environment.

If you're ready to do something different, we'd love to hear from you!

What you’ll do…

  • Manage the intake, prioritisation and allocation of creative requests, ensuring work is delivered in line with business priorities.
  • Coordinate studio workflow, resource planning, stand-ups and prioritisation meetings to maintain visibility of deadlines and capacity.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop clear, actionable creative briefs and provide guidance on studio processes and requirements.
  • Act as a trusted brand advisor, helping teams across ING apply our brand identity consistently and effectively across customer and employee communications.
  • Coordinate brand governance and communications review processes, ensuring submissions are complete, compliant and accurately tracked.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, reporting, templates and the use of approved AI and digital tools.

What we’re looking for…

  • 3+ years' experience in brand, marketing, design agency, creative services or a similar coordination role.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
  • Experience using workflow, project management or planning tools, along with strong Microsoft 365 capabilities.
  • Knowledge of brand governance, creative production workflows or regulated environments, with an interest in AI, automation and continuous improvement.

What’s in it for you?

  • Discounted ING Health Insurance.
  • An additional Rest Day to support your wellbeing.
  • An IMPACT Day to volunteer on approved sustainability activity.
