About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a brand expert to join our Gifting Chocolate team and help bring our local jewel, Cadbury Favourites, to new heights.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager Snacking ANZ, this role as Brand Manager, will have the opportunity to work across the Gifting portfolio for Australia and New Zealand.
As Brand Manager, you are responsible for the execution of in-year & year 2 commercial and brand plans for one of our biggest focus brands in the Cadbury chocolate portfolio.

How you will contribute
While no 2 days are ever the same in the exciting life of a Mondelez Brand Manager, you should expect key responsibilities to include:
- Working cross-functionally to develop and deliver best in class integrated marketing plans, with a focus on winning from the store out. Strong skills in brand and digital communications creative development.
- Leading the cross-functional project team to develop consumer led innovation, including building business cases, problem solving through the supply chain and supporting the stage and gate approval process.
- Assisting with the development and execution of a high growth portfolio, covering both short-term and long-term brand plans.
- Assist in the development of alternate channel opportunities, to unlock incremental growth and lead the way in building the #1 social sharing brand.
- Working collaboratively with a high performing marketing manager, helping to build a winning team culture.
What you will bring
- Experience in the consumer goods sector in matrix environment, with a demonstrated enterprise mindset.
- Ability to lead diverse project teams and proven ability to influence across all levels/functions of the organisation.
- Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing, and executive presentation skills.
- Developing a seamless consumer experience across all touchpoints, with strong eye for detail and implementation of brand guardrails on product, ATL & BTL assets.
- Managing business objectives beyond brand and budget.
- Analytics and creativity - a balance of commercial and strategic acumen.
