About this role

As a Brand Marketing Lead at Stake, you’ll be responsible for delivering on the brand strategy aimed at improving overall awareness of Stake as well as building meaningful association of the brand identity with customers and non-customers. The Brand Marketing Lead will deliver on a diverse range of projects including above-the-line advertising campaigns, partnerships, activations, sponsorships, content, tactical communication strategies and more. You will work alongside a team of specialist marketers, connecting frequently to ensure the brand strategy is pulling through to all facets of the organisation.

Further responsibilities include:
  • Leading and delivering campaigns across above-the-line media, digital and social media to build awareness of Stake
  • Developing the strategic and commercial inputs into the annual marketing plan with Growth and Content Leads
  • Identifying key initiatives and tactics that improve meaningful associations of Stake and creating long-term preference in the category
  • Ensuring consistency (and distinctiveness) of the brand identity in collaboration with the Creative Lead
  • Owning key brand health metrics and media-mix-modeling to ensure paid media is delivering on commercial outcomes
  • Being the lead point of contact for our external media agency to brief and develop yearly media plans for brand campaigns
  • Liaising with other teams across the business as needed for the running of the campaigns and projects, including keeping strong lines of communication so other stakeholders are clear on what marketing’s objectives are.

A bit about you

  • You are passionate about the function of marketing and the role it plays in building a business
  • Extensive experience in brand management and marketing, ideally within a Fintech and/or fast-paced, dynamic industry 
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful, integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, meaningful association and loyalty with a brand
  • You go beyond just the work, and think strategically and analytically about what marketing needs to deliver to the PnL
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong creative acumen with a proven ability to develop innovative marketing concepts taking into consideration the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Ability to align marketing strategies with business goals and long-term brand vision
  • Proficiency in analysing campaign performance and deriving actionable insights
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach to cross-functional work
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and emerging trends.
