How you’ll make an impact

Brand, Creative & Social (BCS) operates as a Centre of Excellence with a matrix-style delivery model, combining strategic leadership with embedded executional support. BCS owns brand strategy, creative quality, content and social strategy, governance, and measurement — enabling portfolio teams to deliver end-to-end marketing execution efficiently and effectively within clear brand guardrails.

As the Brand Media and Campaign Manager, you will be driving AMP’s brand strategy into market by leading the end-to-end planning and execution of integrated, brand-led campaigns. You’ll shape how the brand shows up across every touchpoint—translating strategy into distinctive, high-impact campaigns that build awareness, strengthen brand equity, and deliver a consistent, premium experience.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated brand campaigns across ATL, digital, social and content
  • Translate brand strategy into channel plans, media approach and campaign architecture
  • Partner with and direct creative and media agencies to deliver high-quality, on-brand execution
  • Ensure a consistent, distinctive brand presence across all paid and owned channels
  • Analyse performance and embed insights to continuously improve brand effectiveness and impact

What you will bring to the team

  • Proven experience delivering integrated brand campaigns (client or agency side)
  • Strong understanding of media strategy and cross-channel campaign design
  • Experience working with and directing agency partners
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into high-quality campaign execution
  • Experience in financial services or regulated categories (desirable)
