Job Description
The Role
● Primarily conduct analysis and reviews of individual applications to validate Lumi’s automated decisioning process.
● Prepare and generate regular reports and develop clear and concise presentations to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders effectively.
● Analyse data, identifying trends, patterns and potential areas of concern. Provide valuable recommendations to enhance our risk management and automation strategies.
● Participate in initiatives to enhance our streamlined credit risk decisioning process, contributing to increased efficiency and accuracy in our credit risk function.
● Support various credit risk projects, including the enhancement of credit risk systems and automated decisioning processes.
QualificationsThis Person Is Someone With
● Previous working experience as a Credit Analyst/Underwriter operating within a DLA is essential.
● Experience with SME credit assessment and an understanding of the SME market is preferred.
● Tertiary qualification in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
● Strong understanding of financial concepts and credit risk fundamentals.
● Basic knowledge of SQL, Python and/or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is considered an advantage.
● Excellent attention to detail, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Strong communication and presentation abilities.
