Being a Field Marketing Specialist at iManage Means…
Joining a vibrant APAC iManage team and play a key role in executing regional marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and customer engagement. You’ll work closely with regional Sales, Channel, and Product teams, as well as global marketing stakeholders, to deliver high-quality campaigns and events aligned to the APAC marketing plan.
Reporting to the Senior Field Marketing Manager, APAC, this is a hands-on execution role with exposure to strategic planning. You will localise global programs for regional markets, manage logistics end-to-end, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure campaigns and events are delivered on time and on brief.
iM Responsible For…
  • Successfully executing integrated regional campaigns aligned to pipeline and revenue goals, supporting both new logo acquisition and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Partnering with Global Marketing Operations teams to provide the campaign details and assets required for execution, including email content, landing page briefs, UTM parameters, list specifications, and Salesforce campaign setup information.
  • Delivering high-quality in-person and virtual events, including trade shows, roundtables, roadshows, executive briefings, webinars, and partner activations.Managing all aspects of execution from registrations, attendee communications, vendor management, and lead capture through to post-event follow-up and timely lead handover to Sales.
  • Webinars and virtual programs, collaborating with the Global Digital Events Manager on setup, speaker coordination, rehearsals, and moderation.
  • Partnering closely with regional Sales leaders, Marketing Manager, and Channel teams to align campaigns to priority segments, target accounts, and strategic initiatives including ABM.
  • Supporting partner and channel co-marketing initiatives, account-based campaigns, and coordinating customer case studies and advocacy programs to strengthen social proof.
  • Driving social media and digital support by working with Global teams to maintain APAC content cadence, monitor engagement, coordinate web updates, and localize assets.
  • Maintaining brand consistency while tailoring messaging for regional markets, and supporting PR and communications initiatives such as case studies, award submissions, and regional announcements.
  • Tracking campaign and event performance, maintaining accurate reporting, and providing insights to optimise marketing effectiveness and visibility.
  • Supporting marketing operations including budget tracking, purchase orders, invoice processing, and maintaining campaign calendars, trackers, and content libraries (Seismic).
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, industry associations, media, vendors, and supporting broader community engagement initiatives.

iM Qualified Because I Have…
  • A Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, event coordination, campaign execution, or digital marketing, ideally within SaaS or technology.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce), ON24 webinar platform and other Martech.
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies and platforms.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience in comfortably managing event logistics and digital campaign execution independently.
  • Clear communication with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive approach and commercially aware.
  • Willingness to travel for key regional events.
