Business Analyst (6-month fixed-term contract)

Location: Sydney / Melbourne

The Business Analyst role will support transformation and integration initiatives by defining requirements, documenting processes and ensuring business outcomes are translated into practical delivery solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities
 • Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements.
 • Document current and future-state processes.
 • Produce business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
 • Support testing, implementation and business readiness.
 • Analyse impacts across operations, technology, risk and compliance.
 • Work closely with product, operations and project teams.
 
Essential Experience
 • Strong requirements elicitation and process mapping capability.
 • Experience working with technology delivery teams.
 • Knowledge of superannuation administration and registry operations desirable.
 • 5+ years business analysis experience, ideally within superannuation administration, registry or financial services.
