  • Collaborate with business, technology and project teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and agreed objectives.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, issue resolution and transition activities to support successful implementation outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, delivery artefacts and reporting materials.
  • Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and operational documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing enhancements to processes, systems and customer experiences.
  • Ensure risk, compliance and governance requirements are appropriately considered and incorporated into business initiatives.
  • Build strong working relationships across the organisation and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Successful applicants will demonstrate:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent written, verbal and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and process mapping tools such as Visio.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence, or similar project and collaboration tools, is desirable.
