Job Description

Join NCS Australia as a Business Analyst and play a key role in driving operational efficiency and business value through data-driven insights and process improvement. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to uncover pain points in current business operations, particularly within supply chain processes. You’ll be responsible for documenting workflows, analysing cost structures, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and support solution design. Your work will directly contribute to shaping strategic recommendations and delivering tangible outcomes, including cost-saving initiatives and enhanced process performance. This engagement is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, outcomes-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business analysis, with a focus on process documentation and improvement.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and workshop facilitation.
  • Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process maps, and traceability matrices.
  • Experience conducting gap analyses and developing actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in analysing cost structures and identifying value-driven solutions.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with IT teams to support solution development.
  • Skilled in preparing and presenting findings to both technical and business audiences.
  • Capable of producing handover documentation and supporting transition to development teams.
