About the Role:
As an Operations Analyst at Plenti, you will play a key role in driving both strategic and day-to-day operational improvements across the business. Working at the intersection of operations, technology, and customer experience, you’ll help optimise processes across the customer lifecycle—from loan applications through to servicing, complaints, and collections.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to scalable process design, support automation initiatives, and deliver meaningful improvements that enhance both customer and partner experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement & Optimisation
- Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline operational workflows across the customer journey
- Support improvements across loan application processes, customer service, complaints, collections, and sales enablement
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new processes aligned with business growth objectives
- Support key initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency and customer outcomes
- Collaborate with teams across operations, product, sales, and technology to gather requirements and insights
- Participate in workshops and discovery sessions to ensure solutions are practical and aligned to business needs
Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement
- Identify operational bottlenecks and support timely resolution of issues
- Monitor process performance and gather feedback to drive ongoing improvements
Automation & Systems Integration
- Work with product and engineering teams to embed operational requirements into system and product enhancements
- Experience using low-code/no-code tools (e.g. Zapier, n8n or similar), strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, and a working understanding of process documentation, workflow optimisation, and basic relational databases.
About You:
You are a proactive and analytical problem-solver who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You bring strong communication skills and are confident engaging with stakeholders across all levels, building trusted relationships across the business and with key technology partners. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and have a proven ability to document, analyse, and improve processes with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Key Experience:
- 2+ years’ experience in operations, business analysis, or a similar role within a data-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Basic understanding of relational databases
- Exposure to scripting or coding (e.g. JavaScript or Deluge) is advantageous however not essential
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or digital lending is highly regarded however not essential
