The Position: We are looking for a full-time Associate with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience who will proactively service and support our contractor/supplier clients, on our award-winning Customer Service team. Your time on the Customer Service team marks the beginning of your career at ISN and the first role within the rotational program at ISN:

  • We’ll guide you through a 8-week training program at our headquarters in Dallas, Texas, where you will receive classroom and on-the-job training in areas of soft skills development, customer service excellence and ISN products and services
  • Responsibilities include fielding incoming calls and inquiries, inside sales, as well as helping customers navigate ISNetworld (our product)
  • Provides employees with the knowledge and skills needed for success within the company
  • You will be assigned a mentor to help guide you and provide support
  • Up to 20% travel for in-person meetings, events and presentations after your initial training

After your time on the Customer Service, a standard rotation would be to our Client Development team. Employees should expect to spend 18-24 months on our Customer Service team before rotating to our Client Development team. This role includes both sales and client services on a collaborative, industry, or region-specific team. On Client Development, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with Hiring Clients, including Fortune 500 companies, generate business growth through account expansion and new client prospecting, and take on increasing responsibility in a team environment.

Compensation: Total annual compensation consists of base compensation and target incentives.

  • Total Potential Compensation: $97,500 - $101,000 AUD annually if targets are met
  • Base Pay: $90,000 AUD annually
  • Target Incentives: up to $7,500 - $11,000 AUD

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail applications)
  • Desire to work with people and consistently engage in verbal interaction over the phone
  • Ability to de-escalate calls using critical thinking and soft skills
  • Genuine desire to progress into a sales development role

Onsite Requirements: Employees must be within a commutable distance to the office and be willing to come into the office for required trainings, events, team activities, and meetings. Employees are required to be in-person during training and at least 3 days per week on an ongoing basis.
