Ray White Rural is the specialist arm of the Ray White Group which operates from over 130 locations across rural and regional Australia and comprises over 350 specialist rural & lifestyle property agents. 

We are excited to announce that a new opportunity has become available for a Business Development Executive based in New South Wales (location flexible).  Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer the purpose of the role is to maintain and create new relationships with potential prospects and ensure growth through recruiting sales people and businesses into the Ray White Rural group.  You will also support the network through effective relationship management, systems training and conducting auctions. 

To be successful in this role, you will have industry experience and a strong record of performance.  You will be an energetic self starter with a genuine desire and motivation to grow your career.

Specifically you will be responsible for: 

  • Creating, building and maintaining ongoing relationships with individuals within our industry
  • Learn the Ray White systems and business practice and become comfortable and proficient to on train this to the network, both sales people and business owners alike 
  • Establish a coach/mentor relationship with business owners 
  • Assist principals with development and implementation of growth strategies
  • Educating principals and sales people on business systems
  • Becoming a proficient and competent auctioneer

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Valid Real Estate Licence 
  • Minimum of 2 years industry experience (regional/rural property experience desired)
  • Proven record of positive results
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple and competing tasks, deadlines and deliver on challenging, complete targets, goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrated success in developing a team culture
  • Certificate of registration as a minimum however full real estate licence is preferable

This role will require frequent travel, up to 15-20 days per month.
