Create short-form video, photography and copy; run and optimise paid social campaigns; report on analytics (GA4 and platform insights); manage community engagement, social listening and brand governance; support group offices with training, resources and social media best practices.

Lead and transform a distributed QA/QE team to own release quality and delivery processes. Own release coordination, observability and SDLC metrics, build unified dashboards, track cross-cutting remediation actions, mature performance testing, embed shift-left practices, and drive automation toward continuous delivery while acting as a data-driven conduit between engineering and business stakeholders.

Partner with Loan Market leadership to deliver financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Provide strategic modelling, identify performance opportunities, coach finance analysts, improve processes, and support ad hoc financial projects.

Develop and maintain server-side logic using PHP and Craft CMS, support frontend integration, manage databases, and ensure application performance.

Grow Ray White Rural by recruiting and onboarding salespeople and businesses, building and managing industry relationships, training network members on systems and business practices, coaching principals on growth strategies, and conducting auctions. Provide systems training and relationship management to support network performance and regional expansion.
