The Position

As Allegion continues to innovate and lead the market in high quality security solutions, an exceptional opportunity is available for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team focusing on the Commercial and Multi-Residential division in Queensland.

Reporting into the National Sales Manager – Commercial, your primary focus will be to execute sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue, demand-creation and profitability targets by developing relationships with both new and existing customers and ensuring complete customer satisfaction, commitment, and loyalty.

We also need you to :

  • Use your commercial acumen to conduct competitor analysis, plan and prioritise your sales approach
  • Build deep and lasting relationships with end user decision makers to gain an understanding of their needs, challenge their thinking and identify opportunity potential
  • Maintain and utilize CRM tool for sales reporting and to communicate sales activities
  • Provide market intelligence, product and solution input and feedback, and necessary recommendations to marketing teams
