Position Overview

Are you a commercially minded sales professional who knows how to turn opportunities into business growth?

At Luxaflex, we're looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth across our NSW dealer and reseller network. This is an opportunity to take ownership of your territory, grow market share and help our dealer partners build stronger, more successful businesses.

You'll go beyond managing existing accounts. By combining commercial insight, strong relationships and a hands-on approach to problem-solving, you'll identify untapped opportunities, challenge existing ways of working and develop strategies that deliver sustainable sales growth. This is a field-based role suited to someone who enjoys being out in the market, understands what drives business performance and takes genuine ownership of results.

What you'll do

  • Drive business growth: Develop and execute territory plans to increase revenue, expand market share and achieve sales targets across NSW.
  • Identify new opportunities: Uncover untapped markets, develop new business relationships and identify opportunities to grow sales through existing dealers and resellers.
  • Elevate dealer performance: Work closely with partners to understand their business, identify performance gaps and develop practical plans to improve sales and unlock growth.
  • Turn insights into action: Use sales data, market trends and competitor intelligence to prioritise opportunities, identify risks and make commercially sound decisions.
  • Solve business challenges: Proactively identify barriers to growth and work collaboratively with dealers and internal teams to develop effective solutions.
  • Influence and challenge: Build trusted relationships that enable you to have meaningful commercial conversations, influence decisions and drive positive change.
  • Bring growth strategies to life: Partner with dealers on business planning, promotions, advertising and marketing initiatives that generate demand and support sales.
  • Champion the Luxaflex brand: Strengthen our market position by identifying opportunities to improve product penetration, dealer engagement and customer experience.
  • Own your territory: Manage your sales pipeline, maintain accurate CRM records, monitor performance against targets and continuously refine your approach.

Who you are

  • A commercially minded B2B sales professional with a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities.
  • A strategic and analytical thinker who uses data, market insights and commercial acumen to identify opportunities and turn them into results.
  • A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership, challenges the status quo and finds ways to grow market share and improve business performance.
  • A confident relationship builder and influencer who can negotiate effectively, challenge constructively and partner with dealers to achieve mutual success.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to develop and execute territory plans, prioritise opportunities and work autonomously.

Experience in wholesale, trade, building products, interiors or a dealer-based sales environment would be advantageous.

What's in it for you?

  • The opportunity to make a tangible impact on business growth and market share for an established, recognised brand.
  • Career development opportunities to support your professional growth.
  • A collaborative culture where you'll work with teams across the business to turn opportunities into results.
  • Access to social club, birthday leave and generous employee discounts on our products.

Please note that all offers are carefully considered to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity, taking into account each candidate's skills, experience and potential.

Applicants must have existing Australian working rights, as we are unable to provide employer sponsorship.
