Support FP&A for manufacturing and supply chain across Australia/New Zealand: month-end reporting, cost and variance analysis, budgeting/forecasting, operational metric reporting, cost-modeling, and partnering with operations to drive cost savings and process improvements.

Support ANZ FP&A by preparing budgets, forecasts, monthly management reports, financial models and dashboards. Analyse revenue, costs, margins and drivers to inform pricing, profitability and cost-improvement initiatives while ensuring data integrity and stakeholder collaboration.

Process end-to-end payroll across multiple pay cycles, maintain workforce data integrity, perform payroll reconciliations and month/year-end reporting, support budgeting/forecasting and workforce analytics, and drive process improvements across HR, Payroll and Finance.

Lead end-to-end demand and supply planning for the Australian plant, run S&OP, translate forecasts into production and material plans, optimize inventory, coordinate with Procurement/Finance/Logistics, steward planning systems (ERP/MRP/APS), drive reporting and stakeholder updates, and manage special projects and large project orders.
