Ten-month leadership development program for recent graduates including onboarding, global induction, five-month cross-functional rotations (Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product, Customer Service), leadership training, a four-month individual project with capstone presentation, mentorship, and placement into a full-time role in Sales, Operations, Product, or Functional areas.

Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and commercial reporting; analyze sales, pricing and margin data to identify trends and opportunities; deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders; support forecasting, Route to Market analytics, dealership network optimisation, and cross-functional initiatives; monitor KPIs and produce executive-ready reporting.

Support ANZ FP&A by preparing budgets, forecasts, monthly management reports, financial models and dashboards. Analyse revenue, costs, margins and drivers to inform pricing, profitability and cost-improvement initiatives while ensuring data integrity and stakeholder collaboration.

Lead end-to-end demand and supply planning for the Australian plant, run S&OP, translate forecasts into production and material plans, optimize inventory, coordinate with Procurement/Finance/Logistics, steward planning systems (ERP/MRP/APS), drive reporting and stakeholder updates, and manage special projects and large project orders.

Manage and grow Vertiluxs residential reseller network across NSW and QLD; develop new premium-residential business; build relationships with retailers and designers; meet sales targets and KPIs; use CRM, BI and sales analytics for pipeline management and reporting; attend customer visits, trade shows and interstate travel as required.

Build and maintain Power BI and Excel reporting to generate actionable commercial and A&D specification insights. Analyse sales, specification, and pricing data to support strategic decisions, tender estimating, and RGM projects. Produce presentations for senior leaders, coordinate delivery of strategic initiatives, and partner with IT and Sales to improve estimating tools and reporting accuracy.
