Drive revenue and market-share growth across the NSW Luxaflex dealer and reseller network. Responsibilities include developing territory plans, identifying new business opportunities, improving dealer performance, analyzing sales and market data, solving commercial challenges, influencing partners, supporting promotions and marketing initiatives, strengthening product penetration, and managing the sales pipeline and CRM records.

Support ANZ FP&A by preparing budgets, forecasts, monthly management reports, financial models and dashboards. Analyse revenue, costs, margins and drivers to inform pricing, profitability and cost-improvement initiatives while ensuring data integrity and stakeholder collaboration.
