This role is based in Sydney, with two days a week in our stunning CBD headquarters. The territory covers the NSW region—applications will only be considered from candidates residing in New South Wales.

Your Mission 🚀

As a Business Development Manager, you will be the face of PropertyMe across NSW. You’ll be driving growth, building lasting relationships, and ensuring PropertyMe is positioned as the #1 choice for real estate agencies.

Recognised as an industry expert, you’ll meet with prospective customers, leverage partner and provider networks, engage with industry bodies, and deliver trusted advice and tailored solutions to your market.

What You’ll Do 🏢

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales activity targets
  • Qualify leads and uncover customer needs with a consultative approach
  • Prospect daily to identify and build new business opportunities
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and value-based conversations
  • Build relationships across the industry and attend key events
  • Maintain a high-quality Salesforce pipeline and report weekly on activity
  • Provide valuable market and competitor feedback to inform strategy
  • Share insights on regional legislative changes/requirements

What You’ll Bring 🌟

  • Proven sales success with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in technology sales or property management growth
  • SaaS/PropTech sales experience highly regarded
  • Real estate/property management knowledge an advantage
  • Strong prospecting and networking skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while aligning to business priorities
  • A passion for customer success and building trusted partnerships
  • Willingness to travel as required
