What You’ll Bring

  • Proven ability to drive new business and deliver revenue growth across rooms, conferences, and events, with a solid understanding of market segments and pricing strategies.
  • Confidence negotiating rates, tenders and partnerships across the corporate, MICE, leisure, PCO and TMC segments
  • Experience contributing to and executing hotel sales plans, including accurate reporting, forecasting, and participation in pipeline‑driven sales meetings.
  • Demonstrated success managing key accounts—developing account plans, reviewing performance, nurturing relationships, and growing account revenue.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to prepare RFPs, meet budgets, and achieve KPIs such as call activity, conversion, and new business targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining professional, respectful interactions.
  • Highly organised and detail‑driven, ensuring CRM accuracy, adherence to standard operating procedures, and effective collaboration across hotel departments.

  How You Work
