Job Description:

  •  Profitably grow the Industrial Channel within defined market segments and geographic boundaries. (WA/SA/NT)
  • Identify, Track, Influence and Win Major Projects. This is a hunting role.
  • Identify potential growth segments and projects within the market and develop strategies to win these projects direct.
  • Lead Tender process and Commercial negotiations for Strategic Projects.
  • Build Relationships across key Segments and Grow Strategic Accounts.
  • Identify potential growth segments and projects within the market and develop strategies to win these projects direct.
  • Own the outcome of all identified clients' tenders.

To Be successful for this role :

  • Proven history of success in business development roles growing new and existing business.
  • Preferably has demonstrated experience within the Industrial market segments or with Tier One EPC’s, but not essential.
  • Excellent Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills, with Commercial Acumen.
  • Unwavering focus with tangible results.
  • A positive 'can do' ambitious attitude.
  • Preferred Candidate will be used to autonomous roles and lives in Perth, Western Australia.

This is a dynamic role with a large amount of autonomy to make decisions within certain guidelines. You will have daily, monthly and annual volume and margin KPI's set and your success within the business is measured against these targets. The successful candidate will have the ability to make quick decisions, do a deal, are self-driven to success & cope with a high paced job where they are not always in control of the workload.
