THE ROLE:

You will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging with new prospects and converting them into clients. You will accomplish this through the ability to sell the full scope of FleetPartners products and services in a consultative manner, negotiate an effective contract, and tailor solutions that address client needs. This role requires high-level execution at every stage of the pipeline development and sales process

Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include (but not limited to):

  • Proactively pursue new opportunities in line with our customer segmentation and lead generation strategy
  • Prepare complex tender responses, with focus on selling the operational benefits of FleetPartners
  • Build complex pricing submissions for tenders and proposals
  • Build and deliver formal and informal presentations to potential customers.  Audience may include Fleet managers, Procurement Managers, Operations, CFO’s and GM’s.
  • Maintain a high level of competitor intelligence, including product offering, pricing and strategy

ABOUT YOU:

You’re a strategic and relationship-driven sales professional who understands that success in B2B sales takes time, consistency, and genuine connection. You’re skilled at managing long sales cycles, building trust, and delivering results through persistence and customer focus — not just quick wins.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a B2B sales environment
  • Experience within the fleet or automotive industry highly regarded
  • Strong presentation, engagement, and negotiation skills, with the confidence and experience to present to C-suite executives, General Managers, and Heads of Procurement etc
  • Demonstrated ability to nurture, manage, and influence key stakeholder relationships
  • Resilience to thrive in a high-pressure yet rewarding environment and manage complex sales processes
