About the Team

At Workday, our Sales Development team strive to establish relationships on the foundation of integrity, collaboration and transparency. Inspiring organisations and connecting them to the next digital era of innovation in HR & Finance.

About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will manage both inbound & outbound leads, and play a key role in driving our sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and delivering qualified opportunities to our Account Executives across ANZ, specifically focusing on Workday's Adaptive Planning product.

You will work closely with our regional marketing teams to execute campaigns and provide valuable feedback, while also collaborating with Account Executives to develop effective account engagement strategies.

Your day-to-day will involve generating high-value activity, conducting in-depth research to understand industry drivers, and communicating professionally with C-Suite executives to articulate the value of our solutions.

Base salary range for the role: AUD 60,000 to. AUD 80,000

  • Sales Acumen: 2+ years proven track record of achieving & exceeding sales targets in a inbound and / or outbound BDR role.
