About JLL Hotels & Pubs

JLL's Hotels & Pubs team advises on hospitality and leisure transactions, asset management and advisory mandates across Australia. We're investing in technology, forecasting discipline and operational excellence to support the team's continued growth.

The Opportunity

This role is the key operational and technology conduit between Hotels & Pubs leadership (Ben/Pete) and JLL's internal systems, finance and support functions. You'll drive technology adoption, keep forecasts and reporting sharp, and provide transaction and admin support across smaller sales — acting as the backbone of the team's day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Projects, Innovation and Operations

  • Own Capforce administration: uploads, stage progression, data accuracy, adoption reporting for Ben/Pete.
  • Lead Claude roll-out and adoption — implementation, training, monitoring, best practice.
  • Coordinate onboarding and tech training for new team members.
  • Support IS/Pubs on innovative ways of working through Claude and technology.
  • Coordinate the hotel AM reporting tool roll-out (led by JY/Jose).
  • Track adoption via Tech Scorecard and CF reports.
  • Liaise regularly with Huiling, Perry and Jia Ying on CM tech/data initiatives.
  • Own Horizon, SharePoint and CF admin functions.
  • Support and optimise JBS usage.

2. Finance & Forecasting

  • Keep Pubs, IS and AM revenue forecasts current via CF.
  • Support budget and quarterly reforecasting.
  • Liaise with Finance on queries and revenue.
  • Assist with CF/PS invoicing, contracts/projects, revenue recognition.
  • Assist with team and personal expenses via JBS.

3. Stakeholder Communication

  • Prepare slides/agendas for Pete and Ben's meetings and business updates.
  • Prepare case studies of completed assignments.
  • Support client survey action plans.

4. Sales Transaction & Marketing Support (Hotels & Pubs Mid Markets)

  • Sales analysis reports; SAA due diligence and AML lodgement.
  • REDs set-ups/releases; VCC number set-ups.
  • Settlement prep and invoicing for smaller sales.
  • ILGA/council form preparation and follow-up (Pubs).
  • Support industry events and ad-hoc property marketing.

5. Admin & Team Support

  • Review team T&E before submission; book travel/events.
  • Manage real estate licensing and CPD.
  • Provide team assistant functions for AM (invoicing, expenses, travel, meetings).

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Essential

  • 2–3+ years in commercial real estate or professional services operations/support.
  • Working knowledge of CRM/forecasting systems (Capforce or equivalent).
  • Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills; experience preparing leadership-facing materials.
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting or invoicing, and liaising with Finance.
  • Ability to juggle multiple workstreams to deadline.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and attention to detail.

Desirable

  • Experience in hotels, pubs or real estate capital markets.
  • Exposure to AI/technology adoption initiatives.
  • Familiarity with AML/due diligence or regulatory forms (ILGA, council).
  • Tertiary qualification in business, finance or property.

What JLL Offers

  • A collaborative, high-performance culture with genuine scope for career progression.
  • Access to JLL's global platform, international capital networks and industry-leading research capabilities.
  • Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience, including performance-based incentives.
  • Ongoing professional development and access to JLL's broader Capital Markets community across Asia Pacific and globally.
