Own month-end processes, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, budgets and forecasts, GST reporting, IFRS rent smoothing, tenant reconciliations, and audits. Lead the day-to-day operations of a sub-regional retail asset in Sydney. Responsibilities include managing and developing the building management team, overseeing budgets and forecasts, optimizing tenancy mix and revenue, managing lease compliance and arrears, delivering client reporting, maintaining retailer and community relationships, and ensuring high standards for repairs, cleanliness, safety, security, and legislative compliance.

Lead national operations for JLL’s Australian Office Leasing team. Responsibilities include implementing growth initiatives, managing State Operations Managers, overseeing onboarding and training, tracking operational metrics, improving client experience, coordinating events, integrating leasing technology, implementing SharePoint, refreshing content templates, and establishing knowledge-sharing processes.

Manages smaller construction and refurbishment projects from initiation through closeout under senior project management guidance. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, risk and cost reporting, procurement, contract administration, vendor management, stakeholder coordination, quality control, and construction safety compliance. Manage end-to-end sourcing for facilities management categories (hard, soft, specialised). Lead RFx development, supplier evaluation, negotiation, contract awards, stakeholder engagement, risk management, bid support, and supplier performance to deliver cost savings and quality improvements.

Manage multiple construction and fitout projects from initiation to close under senior guidance. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, risk registers, contract administration, tendering, cost reporting, stakeholder meetings, HSE compliance, vendor management, and quality control. Use JLL systems (Clarizen, Jaggaer, Project Toolkit) and support project managers to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to client satisfaction.

Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing for facilities management categories, negotiate high-value contracts, develop category strategies, mentor a team of 5-7, support bids, and deliver procurement insights and performance reporting to clients and senior stakeholders.
