Support the Operations Manager in facilities management for a premium CBD asset: manage risk, contractor induction and performance, maintenance and PPM closeouts, security and cleaning supervision, budget and procurement support, compliance with WHS/Building Code, customer service, and after-hours call duties.

Lead day-to-day marina and dry stack operations, supervise ~15 staff, drive revenue and occupancy, manage budgets, safety/EH&S compliance, maintenance and capital projects, stakeholder engagement, and deliver exceptional customer service including weekend shifts.
