Job Description

Reporting to the Chief Customer & Brand Officer, this role is responsible for business and risk management across Customer & Brand. You’ll help drive strategy, planning, reporting, budget oversight and cross-functional initiatives, while also leading line 1 risk activity and supporting innovation coordination. It’s a broad, high-impact role for someone who loves bringing structure to complexity and influencing outcomes at a senior level.

In this role you will

  • Drive strategy and planning across the Customer & Brand function
  • Lead executive and board reporting and business governance rhythms
  • Manage budgeting, performance tracking and business planning activity
  • Oversee line 1 risk management, controls and regulatory obligations
  • Support innovation coordination and cross-functional business projects

Qualifications

  • Experience in strategy, business management and/or risk within a complex environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
  • Commercial thinking and strong financial acumen
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A proactive, organised and solutions-focused mindset
