About this role

We’re looking for an experienced leader passionate about creating growth strategies for international, corporate, privately owned businesses and high net worth families.  This role requires enthusiasm for supporting and motivating a team through training and mentoring to foster a culture of collaboration and inclusion.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee a varied client portfolio of international, corporate, privately owned businesses and high net worth families in collaboration with teams across the firm

  • Build close working relationships with clients to provide proactive growth solutions

  • Develop and implement commercial structures to assist clients achieve their business and personal goals

  • Lead and develop a team of associates and senior associates

  • Engage in business development activities to enhance your portfolio and develop a specialisation of choice

Skills & experience

  • CA/CPA Qualified with a solid base Finance degree or similar

  • Experience with privately owned businesses, high net worth families and corporate clients

  • Proven leadership of robust strategic advisory projects with a high level of independence and autonomy

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels of client organisations

  • Driven and growth focus to elevate service offerings

  • Demonstrated flexible, adaptable and innovative approach to complex problem solving
