- Own and deliver assigned sales, adoption, and growth targets across designated accounts, territories, or strategic programs.

- Develop and execute account-specific transformation plans that translate into measurable revenue growth.
- Monitor business performance and proactively implement corrective actions to close performance gaps.
Business Transformation & Consulting
- Partner with customers to assess current business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement structured transformation initiatives that enhance practice profitability, patient conversion, operational efficiency, and product adoption.
- Act as a trusted advisor to key customers, helping them achieve sustainable business growth.
- Lead pilot projects and scale successful business transformation models across the organization.
Program & Project Management
- Manage end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
- Define project objectives, success metrics, timelines, and governance mechanisms.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure delivery against agreed milestones.
- Track and report business impact, adoption metrics, and ROI.
Process Improvement & Change Management
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Drive adoption of new programs, tools, and best practices among customers and internal teams.
- Develop change management plans that ensure sustainable behavioral and process improvements.
- Create frameworks and playbooks that support ongoing business excellence.
Data Analytics & Business Insights
- Analyze customer and business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Develop actionable recommendations to improve sales productivity and customer outcomes.
- Create dashboards and reporting mechanisms to measure program effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to influence decision-making and prioritization.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
- Present business reviews, transformation roadmaps, and performance updates to senior leadership.
- Influence stakeholders to drive alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
What we're looking for
In this role, you’ll need …
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in sales enablement, commercial excellence, or business transformation, ideally in healthcare or medtech.
- Proven experience leading strategic cross-functional initiatives and engaging with external senior stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into actionable execution.
- Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills—especially at executive level.
