Configure and support global indirect tax solutions in OneSource and SAP (ECC/S4HANA). Work with business owners and IT to analyze, design, configure, test, document, and implement SAP/OneSource tax solutions (FICO/SD). Serve as liaison between technical teams and end users, support global implementations, and deliver timely problem resolution and requirements documentation.
