You will focus on lead generation, new logo acquisition and market expansion into new territories while ensuring

  • Design sustainable, multi-touch campaign strategies that drive lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and new logo acquisition.
  • Own end-to-end campaign delivery across email, website, social, paid media, and selected offline channels.
  • Build data-driven business cases for paid media investment (e.g., Google Ads, paid social) with clear ROI accountability.
  • Analyse campaign performance, lead quality, and pipeline progression; optimise based on insights and commercial impact.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure messaging alignment and strong sales enablement support.
  • Collaborate with vendor partners to align campaign messaging, secure Market Development Funds (MDF), and integrate vendor objectives.
  • Develop targeted campaign strategies for priority industries including Education, Government, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Defence.
  • Support expansion into growth territories (NT, WA, SA, TAS) through tailored, market-specific marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in B2B campaign management within a technology, IT services, or Managed Services Provider environment.
  • Strong track record of delivering lead-driven campaigns with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Deep understanding of complex B2B buying cycles, particularly across regulated or enterprise sectors.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to balance brand-building activity with performance-driven outcomes.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with experience measuring, reporting, and optimising campaign Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Strong project management capability, able to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and stakeholders.
  • Confident stakeholder engagement skills, including collaboration with senior leaders, sales teams, and external vendors.
  • Experience using marketing automation and campaign management platforms such as HubSpot, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
