Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution. Our Advisors & Consulting Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard's rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Our teams work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants.
The Advisors & Consulting Services group has five specializations: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Our Marketing consultants lead the strategy development and implementation of campaigns and engagements for clients. They use customer data to provide deep direct marketing expertise across channels, evaluating campaign results and adapting the approach to optimize marketing performance.

Duration: This is an 18 month full time contractor role.
Travel: Role will be based in either Manila of Philippines, Sydney or Brisbane of Australia or Auckland or New Zealand. However, this role would be required to travel to Papua New Guinea and Fiji regularly to align with stakeholders and support onsite program delivery. Expectation to be onsite for at least 50% of the time.
Roles and Responsibilities
Client Impact • The role sits within a large, complex transformation initiative and is focused on delivering clear, timely and compliant customer communications throughout the migration lifecycle. • The Campaign Marketing Manager will lead end-to-end marketing communications for a large-scale card migration program, ensuring customers experience a clear, timely and seamless transition.• This role is accountable for designing and delivering complex, multi-channel customer communications across the full migration lifecycle, working closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and delivery partners.• Translation of complex, operational and regulatory requirements required for clear, customer-friendly communications.• Ensure operational project execution within agreed milestones and budget. • Manage creative development and media planning, meeting high-quality standards aligned with client needs. • Partner closely with product, operations, risk, legal, compliance, technology and required delivery teams to deliver integrated outcomes.• Coordinate agency and vendor partners where required.
Team Collaboration & Culture • Collaborate with internal and external marketing partners to support business growth.
Qualifications
• The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented marketer with strong experience operating within regulated, fast-paced environments and executing communications through structured, process-driven workflows.• 7+ years' experience in marketing communications, lifecycle or customer marketing.• Demonstrated experience delivering communications in complex, regulated environments.• Background in Financial Services, Payments or similar industries preferred.• Experience supporting large-scale change or migration programs highly regarded Collaboration: Thrive in a matrix organization structure, managing internal and external stakeholders effectively.• Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities in large transformation programs.• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing colleagues and clients on the value of marketing projects. Professional, accountable and with a delivery-focused approach.• Innovation: Show the ability to ideate, manage, and roll out complex marketing initiatives.• Education: Relevant marketing degree or equivalent experience needed.• Ability to communicate effectively in English • Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needs.• Ability to travel to client sites on a regular basis.
