We are currently looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager to join our team! This is an exciting role that will bridge the gap between Marketing lead generation and Sales execution.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for driving lead generation and funnel conversion across the APAC region, with a primary focus on acquiring new business through strategic campaigns, events, and digital channels. The Campaign Marketing Manager will also support customer expansion by managing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to generate opportunities from the Dext partner base.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a solid background in digital marketing execution and campaign strategy, and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.
This is a hybrid role where you would come to the office between 2 -3 days a week.
The role - what you’ll do
Dext is searching for a Campaign Manager to own the ideation, development and reporting for their email & broader marketing campaign efforts across the APAC region.
The remit of this role is to manage email & digital marketing campaigns for webinars, display advertising, events, promotions and automated nurture programs across all of Dext’s product suite. Working within a dynamic and fast-paced team the successful candidate will own the APAC campaign efforts as well as act as a bridge between the global campaign team in London, data team in Bulgaria, and local team in Sydney. They will play an integral role in optimising our efforts for the region, aiming towards sales funnel optimisation. Our Campaign Manager will drive top of the funnel lead generation, nurture leads through to conversion and then own the expansion campaign delivery for once they are a Dext partner.
This role would best match someone who has experience in the strategy and execution of digital campaigns, is confident using marketing automation software and managing multiple stakeholders. Experience of using Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo, Cvent, On24 or calendly will be advantageous, however software training will be provided.
If successful, as our Campaign Marketing Manager you will:
- Own the APAC campaign strategy for new business acquisition.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns aligned to regional goals. Including but not limited to email, webinars, digital ads and nurture programs.
- Manage the end-to-end process for digital events including scheduling and execution, copywriting, asset creation/briefing, development of pre and post event campaigns to drive MQL’s and conversion.
- Collaborate closely with the global campaign team, data team, and local sales to ensure effective lead capture and conversion.
- Monitor campaign performance: track and report lead generation from activity, ensuring timely handover to sales, and support follow-ups in line with internal SLAs. Report on MQLs, funnel metrics and conversion rates Drive continuous campaign optimisation based on results.
- Design and regionalise nurture campaigns based on prospect behaviour.
- Work alongside the Senior Marketing Manager to work closely with the global team to develop briefs, messaging, and coordinate cross-team execution.
- Create and deploy expansion campaigns across a portfolio of existing Dext partners to drive qualified opportunities for the Account Management team.
- Design upsell and awareness campaigns to encourage self-service via the Partner Portal or surface leads for direct Account Manager follow-up.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to localize and distribute assets for new product releases or global initiatives.
- Support community engagement efforts, including Advocate programs and partner referrals, to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
- Manage campaign costs in line with the set budget, including raising POs, forecasting spend and results, coordinating invoice submission and payment, and reporting on campaign budget performance.
To be successful as our Marketing Campaign Manager, we are seeking the below skills and experience:
- Candidate should have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a marketing demand generation role, focusing on campaign and marketing communications
- Strong digital campaign management experience using marketing automation software and CRM systems. (HubSpot & Salesforce knowledge preferable)
- Strong social media presence and understanding
- Proven ability across multiple marketing channels, targeting, messaging, creative and optimisation
- Copywriting experience
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance and optimisation
- Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritisation of workflow and high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent Community relationship management, both digitally and face to face
- Ability to influence in the Accounting & Bookkeeping community
- Resilient attitude and adaptable to change
- A strong collaborator, able to build effective relationships and influence across Product, Customer Success and Marketing
