As the Campaign, Programs and Events Manager - Strategic Projects - APJ you are responsible for driving market readiness across APJ. You will develop and drive high-impact marketing programs to generate awareness, drive pipeline, build skill and enablement programs, move prospects through the sales cycle and help build customer relationships.

In addition, you are expected to successfully collaborate with a variety of individuals and teams as well as manage numerous projects simultaneously, in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a highly organised self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn and to explore.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop & implement demand generation strategies and end-to-end integrated digital marketing programs, including multi-channel, virtual events, email nurture and social media campaigns. 

  • Drive awareness and engagement for Snowflake's market readiness programs and events across APJ.

  • Co-create with other marketing functions such as partner marketing, account-based marketing, customer advocacy, PR to drive successful customer engagement and market awareness across APJ 

  • Engage & maintain direct alignment with Sales/SE teams in terms of all pre/post  program communications, and marketing-driven campaigns/promotion strategies

  • Own & drive executions within budget, and handle vendor management where required

  • Manage project timelines, quality issues, resources, and budget

  • Set goals & define metrics for each campaign including targeted lead flow - track campaign results, measuring program success, and reporting metrics

  • Evaluate all campaigns’ impact & ROI to determine the success and forecast for potential future investment

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS

  • Bachelor's Degree in, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  • Ability to understand and communicate to diverse technical and non-technical audiences

  • Penchant for technology creativity to ‘think outside the box’ and leadership to execute effectively

  • Experience in building and delivering digital and demand generation marketing programs. Experience as a digital producer is an added bonus 

  • Demonstrated success in highly collaborative partnerships with other marketing and cross-functional leaders both inside and outside the company

  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to sell ideas and get buy-in with various stakeholders

  • Experience in education marketing, academic partnerships, or workforce development programs is highly preferred.

  • Hands-on execution ability with effective project and time management

  • Project management, prioritisation, organisational skills, accuracy in performance and details driven

  • Experience in Salesforce, Marketo, Wordpress and Zoom 

  • Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, cloud applications, data science, analytics platforms (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Dataiku, H2O, Salesforce)

  • Ability to maintain an optimistic, pragmatic, and self-starter attitude

  • Global mindset and ability to maintain an optimistic, approachable, and proactive attitude 

  • Fluency in English language
