Are you looking to leverage your case management experience in insurance and join a company that celebrates your hard work and success? If yes, this role is for you! Come join us as a Case Manager and make a difference in the lives of people in the CTP Insurance space!!

As part of the CTP team, you will be part of the wider CTP business unit that includes teams in South Australia and Victoria jurisdictions. You will manage a portfolio of claims and communicate with claimants and their healthcare providers. Your primary goal will be to deliver excellent customer service and assist injured claimants in their recovery and return to work. We provide full training, so no previous experience in case management is required.

This will be a permanent, full time position based in our vibrant Sydney office. You will also have the option to work from home for up to 3 days per week once you complete training.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing a portfolio of CTP claims
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver personalized claims management strategies that support the achievement of high-quality outcomes 
  • Working in accordance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
  • Providing a service experience that is tailored, effective and client focused.

ABOUT YOU

  • Demonstrated experience in claims management in either CTP, Life Insurance or Workers Compensation.
  • An empathetic, resilient, and motivational approach to provide customer centric support. 
  • A driven professional with highly developed written and verbal communication skills, outstanding organisational and coordination skills. 
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management.
