The key activities of our Case Managers include:

  • Set clear expectations, communicate effectively, and educate injured workers and their employers.

  • Partner with injured workers and employers to manage the return-to-work journey.

  • Ensure adherence to timeframes and compliance with legislation and company policy.

  • Apply sound decision-making principles and document them effectively.

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to achieve best practice outcomes.

About You

  • You’re someone who genuinely cares about the work you do and delivers a customer-focused service with strength, resolve and a solution-oriented approach. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Must have experience in case management workers compensation claims, or Allied Health.

  • Familiarity with relevant policies, procedures, and legislation.

  • Strong influencing skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Resilience, maintaining a positive attitude and drive in the face of challenges.

  • A result driven, team focused approach to your work
