THE OPPORTUNITY

Join our claims team in Sydney in our Emergency Services portfolios. You will help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.

We are seeking individuals from a strong Customer Service background who may have a degree within Health Sciences, Allied Health or from a Legal background. A degree in the following areas would be highly beneficial but not essential. Experience in any of these areas or similar is very desirable.

The Case Manager role is at the heart of helping injured workers rebuild and regain control of their lives. You’ll be the key point of connection, working closely with injured workers, employers, and treatment providers to guide each journey back to work. No two days are the same, you’ll play a meaningful role in supporting recovery, problem-solving along the way, and making a genuine difference in people’s lives.

This will be a permanent, full-time position based in the Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week considered from month three, subject to performance and approval.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Step into a role where your clinical knowledge and passion for helping others can make a real difference. In this role, you will:
  • Manage a portfolio of workers’ compensation claims, supporting individuals with both physical and psychological injuries
  • Work closely with injured workers, employers, medical practitioners, and rehabilitation providers to achieve positive return-to-work outcomes
  • Apply your understanding of health and recovery to implement proactive, tailored strategies
  • Play a key role in supporting individuals through their recovery journey, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and empowered
