We have an opportunity for an Channel Partner Lead to join Samsung Electronics Australia!

Role and Responsibilities

  • Development of development of a successful sales strategy and relationship engagement matrix in a large retailer.
  • Developing both short and longer term sales plans and targets to support revenue growth of Samsung’s Mobile Experience products within the account
  • Translating strategic intent into practical execution
  • Developing and maintaining senior relationships with the retailer across multiple channels
  • Identifying, strategizing and maximising on new business opportunities
  • Team management, engagement and support
  • C- Level engagement and relationship management
  • Collaboration with multiple support functions including Category, Marketing, Retail, Care, Commercial, Legal, PR amongst others to drive a favourable outcome for you and your team

Skills and Qualifications

  • Understanding of the retail market within Australia, preferably vendor/supplier management experience
  • Strong commercial experience
  • Proven track record of meeting / exceeding targets / expectations
  • Experience in sales, marketing or forecasting in previous roles
  • Experience working with mobile carriers in conjunction with retailers is highly desired
  • Experiencing negotiating complex contracts including MSA

Ways of Working
This role is based onsite 5 days per week at our Sydney Olympic Park office. While that structure keeps us connected, we do remain a flexible employer for life’s moments!

The nature of this role and level of responsibility may require reasonable additional hours over and above 37.5 hours per week and may also require work outside of ordinary hours.
