THE OPPORTUNITY

Join our Sydney Emergency Services team and manage your own portfolio of workers compensation claims while liaising with injured workers, their employers, and Allied Health professionals. This role will also involve working with internal specialists to create a strategic plan, helping injured workers get back to work as quickly and safely as possible. 

We are seeking individuals with a strong customer service background, ideally complemented by a degree in Health Sciences, Allied Health, or Law. While a qualification in these areas would be highly regarded, it is not essential. Experience within these fields, or in similar environments, will be highly valued. 

As part of our interview process, successfully reviewed applicants will need to be available to attend a face-to-face group interview on Wednesday 24th June 2026 or Thursday 25th June 2026.

This will be a full time, permanent position commencing on the 20th July 2026 based in our Sydney office, with work-from-home flexibility (up to 3 days per week) considered from month three, subject to performance and approval.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Step into a role where your clinical knowledge and passion for helping others can make a real difference. Utilise your Allied Health background to:  
  • Manage a portfolio of workers’ compensation claims, supporting individuals with both physical and psychological injuries 
  • Work closely with injured workers, employers, medical practitioners, and rehabilitation providers to achieve positive return-to-work outcomes 
  • Apply your understanding of health and recovery to implement proactive, tailored strategies 
  • Play a key role in supporting individuals through their recovery journey, ensuring they feel supported, informed and empowered 

ABOUT YOU 

  • Passion for making a meaningful impact and enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.  
  • Strong background in health, allied health or a related field with a desire to apply your knowledge in a new and rewarding capacity. 
  • Strong communication skills to confidently navigate complex or sensitive conversations to build genuine and trusting relationships 
  • Proactive and solutions-focused with the ability to think creatively and collaboratively when working with diverse stakeholders 
  • Committed to delivering a high standard of service to customers with a high attention to detail and level of accuracy
