The opportunity 

This is a fantastic entry point into a systems, projects and business-facing role – ideal for someone currently in claims who’s curious about how our systems work and keen to step into something different. 

You’ll play a key role in improving how our Claims systems operate, supporting users across the business and working closely with both Business and Technology teams. 

It’s a great opportunity to build exposure across systems, testing, process improvement and stakeholder engagement – while still leveraging your claims knowledge.

Your new role 

  • Supporting users across our Claims systems and related platforms 

  • Investigating and resolving system issues and incidents 

  • Managing requests through the Enquiry Inbox and providing timely responses 

  • Creating and executing testing (UAT, PVT, Regression) 

  • Partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve processes 

  • Assisting with system enhancements, releases and projects 

  • Identifying opportunities to simplify and improve the way we work 

 

About you 

  • Have experience in CTP or Workers’ Compensation Claims (or similar) 

  • Are curious about how systems work behind the scenes 

  • Enjoy problem-solving and digging into issues 

  • Have strong attention to detail and organisation skills 

  • Communicate well and build strong relationships with stakeholders 

  • Are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
