As the Client Associate out of our Sydney office you will proactively support the senior team, taking responsibility for all administrative tasks within the team to ensure media campaigns run smoothly and to plan. You will build foundational knowledge and gain a solid understanding of the fundamentals of media processes.

What your typical day will look like

The Client Associate role with iProspect is a great place to start your journey towards on-the-job learning to enable your growth through dedicated training opportunities, as well as providing access to relevant industry certification opportunities.

As an Associate you will also have access to our onboarding Learning & Development program – an initiative aimed at fast-tracking your learning and development in the media space, giving you best-inclass on the job learning and mentorship from our leaders.

Our teams are built around the people within them, and we work to put this into practice by ensuring all roles are designed with growth in mind. All team members responsibilities focus on not only the role you have right now, but also those that will allow you to work towards the next and beyond. 

This includes

  • Work collaboratively with internal and external teams, contributing to effective working relationships with our clients, agency partners and media owners
  • Support the team in executing and optimising video/TV, audio & outdoor campaigns so that we exceed targets for our clients
  • Work with media and creative agencies on ensuring the timely delivery of material, and accurate material instructions
  • Assistance with document preparation including WIP's, post analysis, final buys, contact reports and timeline management
  • Provide support and guidance on campaign analysis and client engagements, relationships, presentations and reporting

A bit about you

  • An interest and eagerness to learn and understand the entire media and advertising marketplace, particularly in traditional media.
  • A demonstrated business acumen teamed with a knack for data and an ability to grasp numerical and mathematical concepts, as you will be working with data and extracting insights for reporting and identifying opportunities to optimise campaigns.
  • A basic understanding of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • You are tech savvy and a practical thinker, having a natural flair for problem solving.
  • You are happy collaborating and working within a team environment with strong communication skills.
