Join Findex as a Client Associate, where you’ll coordinate teams, build strong client relationships and drive seamless service delivery in Dubbo, NSW.  As a Client Associate at Findex, you’ll be the central link between clients, Partners and internal teams, driving seamless service delivery while leading and supporting a high-performing Client Services team.

This role will be based in our Dubbo office, offering the opportunity to work closely with established client teams while supporting continued growth across the region.

Your role, your contribution!

  • Act as the first point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and ensuring responsive, high-quality service
  • Lead and coordinate the Client Services team, aligning workflow priorities with client needs and team performance goals
  • Partner with Team Leaders and Partners to streamline communication, improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden
  • Drive key operational activities including client onboarding, calling in work, WIP and billing hygiene, and workflow management
  • Liaise with clients, ATO and internal stakeholders to manage queries, compliance requirements and service delivery

What you will bring to the role:

  • Proven experience in a client service, administration or relationship management role (3–5 years preferred)
  • Previous leadership or team coordination experience, with the ability to mentor and guide others
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with clients and internal stakeholders
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Experience within an accounting or financial services environment will be highly regarded
