The opportunity 

We are seeking a Client Engagement Manager to join QBE’s Nominal Insurer Claims Business. This role will work directly with our new and existing SME customers and Broker partners to establish meaningful and successful relationships. From day 1 and beyond, you will be the crucial face of QBE to our customers to build and maintain new relationships as well as contribute to the strategic success of our workers compensation division by providing your insight to the customer market.

Your new role 

 As a Client Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to our growth strategy by developing and maintaining customer and broker relationships.

  • Confidently work with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to contribute to the overall strategic growth of the business.

  • Contribute to sustainable performance by working with our claims team, as well as working with other teams to ensure customer relationships are sustainable

  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvements.

About you 

 To be successful in your new role, you will bring:

  • Extensive experience in workers compensation or the insurance industry

  • Experience in a business development role with a core focus on business-to-business relationships

  • Proven stakeholder management skills

  • A focus on sustainable business performance and risk.

  • A team focused mindset and an ability work in an agile team environment
