Fixed Term Contract - 12month

Work Location - Sydney Only
The CIA will provide end to end support and guidance for on boarding of small to medium clients to specific products and services offered by Equifax and general consultancy to all areas of Equifax on the inner workings of Equifax’s Products. They will also have a broad technical understanding of Equifax’s IT Systems environment as well as intermediate understanding of its many products.
What you’ll do

  • Customer Engagement, i.e. responsible for management of customer expectations, scope change, etc in relation to requirements

  • Responds promptly and professionally to customer requests / enquiries

  • Work with customers to implement and test Equifax solutions

  • Leverage Equifax product knowledge and resources to assist in the delivery of solutions

  • Ensure requirements are properly understood by both the customer and Equifax and any issues are addressed with the customer in a timely fashion.

  • Provide technical and business support to Equifax’s API channel

  • Assist customers through their on-boarding and development process

  • Contribute to the enhancement of existing processes to support customer on-boarding and internal support functions

  • Lead the delivery of deployment activities for small client opportunities

  • Support sales and product teams with customer inquiries/issues in relation to the Client Implementations.

What experience you need 

  • Professional assertiveness and a sense of ownership to see complex issues resolved.

  • 2nd Level technical support across multiple hardware and software platforms.

  • Ability to work with non-technical teams and understand high level business processes

  • Basic knowledge of XML, JSON, REST Services and some experience with one or more established API platforms specially Apigee would be an added advantage

  • High skills competence in Word, Excel, and Visio
